Spring Hill Farms and Gardens is an innovative land-based training and education centre situated between Bicester and Aylesbury

  • Stocking our own apple juice, a range of seasonal fresh fruit and veg, potted herbs, planters, wood products, and a selection of jams and chutneys from local producers
  • There are also opportunities to work with us as a volunteer, learn with us on one of our short courses, and support the project with donations of equipment and materials

Spring Hill Farms and Gardens is a regeneration project that is developing an educational centre and revitalising the extensive Farms and Gardens resource at HMP Springhill. Our focus is on education, training, rehabilitation and community engagement based around the cultivation of fresh and local produce and gifts for sale. ‘We are celebrating our 1st birthday!’
